Other than I’m finally at the third task of the Triwizard Tournament (in “Child of Iron, Goblet of Fire”), and I can see the end. I think.
I’d planned to get most of that written today , but … last night was the *one* holiday party the hubby and I go to every year, and we didn’t get home from that until past 2300 hours.
Then, this morning, after I made breakfast, we had a seminar from 1000 – 1200, that ended up running to 1300-ish, and then we had a couple of errands before we got home. At which point, I put in a load of laundry and took a chicken breast out to finish thawing before dinner.
So now, as I write this , it’s 1410, and my get-up-and-go has, as they say, got up and went. I want a nap and to read Keira Marcos’ latest fanfic posting, not necessarily in that order.
Writing probably won’t happen today, other than this blog post, and that’s okay. I’ll write during the week and/or next weekend, when the only thing we have planned is dinner out Friday night. Plenty of time Saturday and Sunday.
